Sales Key Account Manager – Shanghai
Department: Sales Department in Radiall Shanghai (China)
Hierarchical link: Regional Sales Manager – Central China
Build, maintain & develop customers and markets, accomplish sales relevant objectives.
- Exploit and develop actively new market and new clients, build up new clients’ data information; make relevant effort to accomplish sales objective and develop Radiall products market.
- Establish good relationship with the customers, communicate with them for market needs, production situation, project status, forecast.
- Collect customers’ information, suggestion & feedback, and coordinate with internal departments to improve with efficient measurement, to keep company’s reputation and image.
- Coordinate with Global sales account manager and overseas relative colleagues, get & give sufficient support on work.
- According to customers’ information, make relative accurate forecast, information feedback, sales reports, sales strategy and plan, push overdue payments, etc. to offer a professional support to clients.
- Establish distribution area and extend Radiall products market.
- Strong ability on learning and working steadily with great diligence.
- Strong team spirit, positive.
- Motivation to work in a high technology manufacturing environment.
- Good communication skills.
Education and experience:
- Bachelor Degree or above, electronics, engineering background preferred.
- Experience in the component industry preferred.
- Knowledge on service to key accounts.
- Chinese/French multicultural back ground.
- Fluent in English & Chinese.
- French being a plus.
